They were over the moon! I also must compliment you on you above and beyond customer service. Tarrah, you were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made things happen for us in a difficult situation. Bill, thank you for taking the extra time and effort to make sure the delivery was met. It is unfortunate that we were not able to meet face to face.
